PART 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?
When you make a purchase in our store, we collect the personal data you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address, during the purchase and sale process. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address to provide you with information about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): with your consent, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

PART 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored in Shopify’s data storage, databases, and general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card details. They are encrypted according to the PCI-DSS standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Data related to your purchase transaction is retained only as long as necessary to complete your transaction. Once the transaction is complete, the data related to your purchase transaction will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, which includes brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Generally, third parties we engage only collect, use, and disclose your information as necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third parties, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions. SECTION 7 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry standards to ensure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed unlawfully.
When you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored using AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and also follow generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 8 - COOKIES
Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them so you can decide whether to disable them or not: _session_id, unique token, session-based, allows Shopify
to save information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.). _shopify_visit, no data storage, lasts 30 minutes after the last visit, used by our website’s internal statistics system to record the number of visits. _shopify_uniq, no data storage, expires at midnight (based on visitors) the next day, counts how many times the same customer visits a store. Cart, unique token, valid for 2 weeks, stores information about your cart contents. _secure_session_id, unique token, storefront_digest session, unique token, undefined. If the store has a password, it is used to determine if the current visitor has access. PREF, exists very briefly, set by Google and allows tracking who visits the store and where they come from.
SECTION 9 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this website, you declare that you are at least the legal age in your country or province, or that you are of legal age in your country or province and have given us permission for your minor dependents to use this website.
SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Please review it regularly. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you here so you know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may use and/or disclose it. If our company is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
SECTION 11 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
SMS Terms and Conditions: We use an SMS platform to which the following terms and conditions apply. By signing up for our SMS and notifications, you agree to be bound by these terms. By entering your phone number at checkout and confirming a purchase, signing up via our registration form, or using a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS messages (regarding your order, including canceled order reminders) and SMS offers. You acknowledge that this consent is not a condition of purchase. Your phone number, name, and purchase details will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc," a European Union company based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications. When you send SMS messages, your phone number is transferred to an SMS provider to deliver the messages. If you no longer wish to receive marketing SMS or notifications, you can reply to any mobile message we send you with "STOP" or use the unsubscribe link provided in each of our messages. You understand and agree that other unsubscribe methods, such as using other words or requests, are not considered appropriate methods to unsubscribe. Charges may apply for messages and dates. If you have questions, you can send "HELP" to the number from which you receive messages. You can also contact us for more information. If you wish to unsubscribe, please follow the above procedure.
